Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to inform you that we have successfully applied the necessary security patches addressing the recently disclosed PHP vulnerabilities, CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619.
Our servers were patched on 22 October 2026, within hours of CloudLinux releasing the updated security packages. We have also verified that the installed PHP packages include fixes for both vulnerabilities.
As an additional precaution, we have conducted security scans based on known exploitation patterns and indicators of compromise. We are pleased to report that no evidence of exploitation or compromise affecting our customers has been identified through these checks.
Do Customers Need to Take Any Action?
For customers using our shared hosting services, no manual action is required to apply these server-level PHP security patches, as the necessary updates have already been handled by our team.
However, if your website is currently running an older PHP version, we strongly recommend upgrading to a newer version that is actively supported by the PHP development team. Please ensure your website and applications are compatible with the newer PHP version before making any changes.
Please note that these security updates apply specifically to the server-level PHP environment. Website and application maintenance, including updates to CMS platforms such as WordPress, plugins, themes, and other third-party software, remains the responsibility of individual customers.
Our Commitment to Security
We remain committed to maintaining a secure and reliable hosting environment. Our team continues to monitor security advisories and apply necessary server-level security updates as they become available.
If you have any questions or require assistance, please feel free to contact our support team.
Thank you for your continued trust and support.
Best regards,
